懶人晚餐 - 雜菜焗蜜糖芥末雞

好耐都無post整嘢食既相啦, 原因當然係而家係自己整少咗啦, 就算整都係整啲簡單啲呢, 因為廢事琴高又琴低啦! 之前見陳太,早安! 整咗個蜜糖芥末籽烤春雞, 個賣相好吸引, 又容易整, 所以莎拉又做copycat, 自己都試一試整.

其實真係好方便好容易, 預先前一晚用蜜糖芥末醬及鹽醃定隻雞, 第二日焗之前加埋啲雜菜係底一齊焗(啲雜菜加少少鹽, 香草及橄欖油撈一撈)就可以, 真係乾手淨腳呀!
 最鍾意係鑊都唔駛洗啦!!! 今次就雜菜就同咗紅蘿蔔, 南瓜, 洋蔥及椰菜, 呢啲雜菜吸收晒啲精華, 所以係好好味架. 連謝菲都大讚, 仲問下個星期日可唔可以ENCORE整多次呢?! HAHAHA!!!

同場加映焗薯角, 比起炸既健康好多呢, 用嚟點茄汁食一流呀!!!
