之一排天氣涷涷地, 最啱就係整番碗熱辣辣既"薑汁鮮奶燉蛋白", 對孕婦嚟講, 鮮奶真係好有益, 而加入薑汁, 對懷孕初期出現既作嘔作悶, 都可以舒緩一吓呢.
呢款甜品簡單又快捷, 想食既真係話咁快就有得食啦. 之前姑仔送咗盒低糖即食燕窩, wakaka, 所以莎拉就將呢個甜品升"呢", 變成燕窩薑汁鮮奶燉蛋白, 好好味呀, 而家諗起都想今晚整嚟食呢.

材料(二人份量):
鮮奶 250ml
蛋白 2隻
薑汁 1.5-2湯匙
砂糖 2湯匙
砂糖 2湯匙
做法:
(1) 鮮奶微微加熱, 下砂糖待王完全溶解, 熄火備用
(2) 蛋白拌勻, 將薑汁及蛋白加入鮮奶中拌勻
(3) 用篩過濾一次, 之後倒入碗中
(4) 用保鮮紙蓋好碗面, 之後用中火隔水蒸12分鐘
(5) 食時在蛋白面放上即食燕窩即成

(3) 用篩過濾一次, 之後倒入碗中
(4) 用保鮮紙蓋好碗面, 之後用中火隔水蒸12分鐘
(5) 食時在蛋白面放上即食燕窩即成

好想食我整薑汁撞奶成日都唔 set (變咗做薑汁熱奶,都好味不過就是唔同!) 等我試吓加隻蛋白先!
